Wigoo launches conversational AI for data analysis at Warm Up Black Friday

Wigoo, a marketing and technology agency recognized for anticipating digital trends, announces the launch of Wigoo AI, an exclusive artificial intelligence solution that connects data from different media, e-commerce, and analytics platforms, enabling natural language interactions with complex dashboards. The new solution was presented last Tuesday, September 16, in São Paulo, during the “Warm Up – Black Friday 2025,” an event organized by Grupo W, formed by Wigoo and Wicomm. The event brought together around 200 people, including major brand clients and partners.

“The purpose of Wigoo AI is to democratize access to strategic data for decision-making areas, not only the most technical ones, allowing, for example, a business professional to ask questions directly via WhatsApp or the application interface and receive, within seconds, numbers, historical comparisons, and analyses with optimization recommendations to guide decision-making,” says Gabriel dos Santos, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Wigoo.

In addition to accelerating productivity and increasing the efficiency of companies’ business intelligence and analytics departments, the tool offers an experience that adapts to the way humans communicate. It also ensures continuity of reasoning through conversation history. Moreover, it provides security and governance, with workspaces that can be customized for different brands within the same group; access control for analysts, ensuring that each employee only sees data from their own brand, thereby enhancing the protection of sensitive information; and the ability to compare metrics with external data such as spreadsheets.

According to Wigoo, the innovation is already prepared for various day-to-day corporate scenarios: from board meetings that require immediate answers to real-time digital campaigns that demand quick optimization, as well as sales teams seeking sales history during calls with clients.
